About ScallorLinkedIn
The deal

What you provide. What we do. What you get.

You invest

90

minutes, across the week

$0

no cost, no card

We invest

5

days, on three accounts

1

founder, in every session

You provide

  • The three accounts, agreed on a 30 minute call before Day 0.
  • Exports for the rest: the project or ticket export, the SOWs and change orders, and the timesheets.
  • Read-only connections to tools you choose: the Gmail label, the Slack channel, the Drive folder and the call recordings for each account.
  • One delivery lead for the Day 0 kickoff and connect and the Day 4 draft. One decision maker for the Day 5 readout.

We do

  • Load the three accounts into a Scallor workspace that is yours. Read only. Scoped to what you connected, nothing outside it.
  • Run every account against the checks Pulse™ runs: unpriced scope, late sign-offs, promises nobody priced, burn against progress, the tone in your own email and chat.
  • Price each finding and trace it to its source line.
  • Nothing goes to your client. A person reads every finding before you see it.

You get on Day 5

  1. 1Money at risk, per accountWhat each one is costing you and what it is holding up, in dollars.
  2. 2The reality gapWhat is reported green against what the data says.
  3. 3Stalled decisionsThe sign-offs and commitments waiting on someone, who owns each, and what it holds up.
  4. 4Scope creep, pricedThe changes nobody raised, with change order language and an approximate cost.
  5. 5Who should fix it, and howThe owner and the first move for each finding.

All of it in an account health report for each of the three. Yours to keep.

What it is not: an estimate of what your firm is losing. One confirmed number, traced to its source, beats any estimate.

Four stages, five days

Here is exactly what happens.

  1. Day 030 minutes of your time

    Kickoff and connect

30 minutes with your delivery lead. We connect the tools and load the exports agreed on the call. The only time you spend before Day 5.

  2. Days 1 to 2Nothing from you

    We load and baseline

Scope baseline from each SOW. Commitments both ways. Burn against progress. We read. Nothing of yours changes.

  3. Days 3 to 4One reply

    Findings surface

Named. Dollar amount attached. Source record included. On Day 4 you see the draft and tell us anything we read wrong.

  4. Day 5One hour of your time

    The readout

One hour with your decision maker. Three accounts, each with its number and its next move. If one is clean, we say so.

What it is worth

Three ways to find out what an account is costing you.

Wait for the quarter close

You find out after the money is gone, from the invoice that got disputed and the margin that came back thinner.

The Five Day Challenge

FreeFive days

Three accounts, every dollar traced to its source line, and a workspace you can log into on Day 5 with your own data in it.

Why teams take this challenge

If any of this sounds familiar, it is worth five days to find out.

None of it means something is wrong. It means nobody has checked, on your own data.

01

The yes gets said on calls and in Slack, not in the project tool.

02

An invoice got disputed, and nobody could show the client where the extra work was agreed.

03

An engagement turned red in the monthly review and nobody saw it coming.

04

You have never measured unbilled work. You feel it at invoicing.

05

A sponsor went quiet, and the renewal conversation is coming.

06

You want the number before you ask for headcount, a tool, or a price rise.

Five days tells you which of this is real, in your own accounts, before you change anything.

See what is really there
Your client's data

What we see, what we never see, and when it is gone.

Three accounts only

We never see the rest of your book. You pick the label, the channel, the folder, the engagements. Nothing outside them.

Read only, revoked in a click

Connections read, they never write. Scoped to what you chose, revoked from your own admin whenever you like.

The redaction kit

Replace your client’s name with Client A before you export. We send a one line find and replace. Dollar figures stay, names go.

Deleted, with a certificate

Walk away after Day 5 and your data is deleted within 30 days. You get the certificate.

Security posture, subprocessors and the Data Processing Addendum are published in the Trust Centre and the DPA.

Questions

What you are probably wondering.

Then you hear that on Day 5, account by account, with the records we checked. We do not invent a problem to sell against. You keep the three account health reports and you have spent 90 minutes.

No. A mutual NDA before you connect anything, and that is all. No card, no commitment.

Teams who deliver client work: systems integrators and consultancies, software companies with an implementation team, managed services firms and agencies. The person on the call is usually the founder, MD or COO, or the VP of Delivery who sees the red engagement too late.

For each account: the SOW and change orders, the project or ticket export, the timesheets, the email label, the Slack channel, the Drive folder and the call recordings you connect. We never see the rest of your book.

About 90 minutes. Thirty minutes with your delivery lead on Day 0. One hour with your decision maker on Day 5. In between, one email on Day 4 if we read anything wrong.

Then on Day 5 you decide. Platform from $3,000 a month, run by your own delivery lead. Add Optimize from $4,000 a month more and we work the queue beside them. Or neither, and you keep the reports.

Day 5 ends with one question: Platform, Platform with Optimize, or neither. The findings are the same whichever you answer. You keep them.

Both plans, and what happens on Day 5, on the pricing page.
